Terms of Service

Last updated April 12, 2026

RemoBuild is operated by Ian Carscadden (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using RemoBuild you agree to these terms.

1. What RemoBuild Is

RemoBuild is a development tool that lets you trigger Xcode builds on your Mac remotely and install the resulting app on your iPhone. It consists of a Mac desktop agent, an iOS companion app, and a web dashboard.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use RemoBuild. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person — don't share accounts.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use RemoBuild to build, distribute, or install apps that violate applicable laws
  • Attempt to access other users' data, builds, or accounts
  • Abuse the service (automated spam, denial-of-service attempts, circumventing rate limits or plan quotas)
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the service
  • Resell or redistribute RemoBuild without written permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Your Content

Your code, projects, and build artifacts belong to you. We do not claim ownership of anything you build with RemoBuild. Build artifacts (IPA files) are stored temporarily (up to 10 minutes) solely to deliver them to your device and are then automatically deleted.

5. Plans and Billing

  • Free plan— up to 2 builds per week, 1 project.
  • Pro plan— unlimited builds and projects. Billed monthly or annually via Stripe.

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the customer portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or any other reason. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice via email.

6. Availability and Support

We aim to keep RemoBuild available and reliable, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided “as is”. We may perform maintenance, push updates, or make changes at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemoBuild and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost data, lost revenue, build failures, or interruptions to your development workflow. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. No Warranty

RemoBuild is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Privacy

Your use of RemoBuild is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of California.
